MAIL ORDER and SHIPPING POLICIES
Thank you for considering DocSSnakes for your Snake Purchase. The following information will familiarize you with our Mail Order and Shipping policies.
SHIPPING:
We ship Fedex or UPS Overnight. (Usually Fedex). WE GUARANTEE LIVE DELIVERY! (Temps must be between 33 and 88 degrees on both ends. )
Our Normal shipping days are Monday through Wednesday. We may ship on All or One of these days depending on how many orders we have that particular week. Fedex Shipping charges are based on Distance as well as the Size and Weight of shipping containers. The average cost for shipping a standard size box is around $55-$60. The cost to ship one animal is usually the same as shipping several, so it may be in your best interest to share these costs by pooling your orders with friends.

MAIL ORDER POLICIES:
Before shipping your Snake(s) to you, we will request an email confirmation from you stating that you accept the date of arrival of your purchase. You are responsible for knowing the weather conditions on your end. Live arrival is not guaranteed if the Low temps are below freezing where you live or if the daytime Highs are above 88 degrees on the day of arrival.
You must be available on the day of delivery to receive and sign for the package (On the First Delivery Attempt), otherwise the Live Arrival Guarantee is voided.
We only offer Baby Snakes for sale that have shed at least once and eaten at least twice after hatching. We guarantee that all of our hatchlings will voluntarily eat Pinky Mice, either Live or Thawed (Or Both).
You are responsible for knowing the Reptile Regulations where you live. We will be unable to accept returned animals because you discovered (after the fact) that it is illegal to own in your area. Please completely investigate your Local Regulations BEFORE placing any orders with DocSSnakes. Thank You.

In the very unlikely event that a Snake arrives dead at your Doorstep, you must Freeze and Photograph the Animal and send us the photo within 24 hours of receiving the Snake Dead to validate being refunded.
