All sales are Final. All Snakes are Guaranteed to arrive alive upon the FIRST delivery attempt. I guarantee all my animals for 10 days after arrival on your end.
If the weather conditions are Not Favorable for receiving the Snake(s) on Your End, it is Your Responsibility to contact Me Before the shipping date to make alternate shipping arrangements.
Live arrival is Not Guaranteed if the Low Temperature on YOUR End on the Day of Delivery is Below 33 Degrees OR if the High Temperature on YOUR end on the Day of Delivery is Above 88 Degrees.
These temps are based on the National Weather Service Data and Not based on your Backyard Thermometer Readings.
In the very unlikely event that you receive a DOA Animal on the First Delivery Attempt, it is Your responsibility to send me a Photo Verifying the Snake is Dead on the Same Day You receive it.
If any animal dies within 14 days of receipt, please send me a picture of the animal and I will gladly replace it with an Identical Snake if I have it or any other snake I have of equal Value. All animals shipped out have been eating voluntarily and digesting food properly. I want everybody to be happy with their animals.
No cash refunds will be issued. You will get a replacement Snake OR you can get a Credit Towards any other Snake you want as a Replacement.
If you choose to have the Snake Replaced, YOU will pay the Shipping Cost for the Replacement Animal.
